Custom and Modular Orders
Many of our products are made to order and customized to your specifications. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all dimensions, finishes, and configurations carefully before confirming your order.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Velcraft reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.
Orders and Payments
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from Velcraft. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order. Typically, an advance is required to initiate production, with the balance due prior to delivery or installation. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
Delivery and Installation
Timelines
Estimated delivery and installation timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. These timelines are indicative and may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. Velcraft will not be held liable for delays caused by such factors.
Site Readiness
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the site is ready for installation on the agreed date. This includes completion of civil work, flooring, electrical points, and any other preparatory work. Delays caused by site unreadiness may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
Damage During Delivery
Velcraft takes all reasonable precautions during delivery and installation. Any damage must be reported to our team within 48 hours of installation completion. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
Warranties and Limitations
Product Warranty
Velcraft products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and coverage will be specified in your order documentation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Velcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of property, business interruption, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse.
Cancellations and Refunds
Standard Orders
Orders for standard, non-customized products may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation fee. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Advance payments made for custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment method. Velcraft reserves the right to assess and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and product configurations, is the exclusive property of Velcraft and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Website without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our Website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of our Website.
